The Bat & Ball is a charming country pub, nestled in the small village of Breamore (pronounced Bremmer), you’ll find us just on the outskirts of the New Forest National Park. We promise to always make you feel welcome, whether you’re joining us for a beer and nibbles in the bar, or enjoying a leisurely meal in the dining room.
Serving traditional English pub food, with a modern South African twist, there is plenty of choice and something to please everyone.
With beautiful countryside views The Bat and Ball’s large pub garden is perfect for relaxing on a hot summers day with all the family. And for those chilly evenings, enjoy a warm atmosphere inside with our 3 traditional fireplaces – you’ll find plenty of cosy nooks in The Bat and Ball.
The Bat and Ball takes great pride in delivering good food and great service. We believe that working with quality and local ingredients is key to a delicious meal. Our Chefs only use the freshest ingredients and we even grow our vegetables onsite so you can enjoy flavours straight from the garden!
We take great care to ensure that our menu has plenty of choice for everyone– from moreish sharers and nibbles to start, pub classics with fresh modern twists to the oh-so indulgent pudding.
We believe in taking Sunday’s slowly, with locally sourced low roasted meats, perfectly paired with seasonal veg are at the heart of the long standing traditional of a Sunday roast.
